We have the technology and know-how to produce 3D models and drawings to assist through all phases of your project. Design begins with pinpointing the deliverables of a project and knowing how to implement solutions to reach their completion efficiently. Because of this we strive to have excellent communication with our clients and make a personal investment in them and their situation.

 

        A vital part of improved communication and design is the

implementation of 3D CAD software. These softwares allow

us to form virtual 3-D representations of the product before a

physical one is created.  Not only does this allow our clients to understand all specifications of a project but it also improves the fabrication and installation process on our side leading to faster turnaround, higher quality, and lower costs.

 

FABRICATION:

        Once you approve the design and the permitting process is complete, we will begin fabrication. We incorporate new and old fabrication techniques to produce our products. We work with a variety of raw materials including; carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, wood, glass, Plexiglas, HDU(High Density Urethane) and are always searching for inventive ways to re-purpose used materials and previously fabricated products.  Using CNC(computer numerical controlled) machinery as well as manually operated tools we produce products efficiently and at spec without sacrificing the “handmade” touch and quality that only a trained craftsman can achieve.

 

INSTALLATION:

        We can deliver and install your project on site in a professional and timely manner at a time that fits your schedule. Our understanding of local laws and codes also ensures that it is done safely and in line with those regulations. After we are done with the job we will leave your property as we found it excluding of course the improvement we provided.
